Shipment Confirmations:

All orders will have tracking information sent via e-mail once the shipment has been processed and tracking information has been received. The shipment will not be traceable until the next day on the shipping carrier’s site.

Shipping to United States (Including Alaska & Hawaii) & Puerto Rico. No International Shipping.

There is No Guarantee of same day shipment on any order. Tonsor Brand LLC™ strives to ship same day if possible and will do their Best to process and ship urgent orders as quickly in their means to do so.

Shipments are processed during regular business days: Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:30 pm EST. Business Day/hours exclude weekends and holidays for shipment processing. Most orders processed from and shipped within 7-14 days of receipt of your order/payment unless otherwise notified.

Shipping is handled through UPS, USPS, FEDEX, DHL. The rates shown are estimate only and the final shipping costs will be updated when your order is finalized.

Shipping is standard ground service unless otherwise requested. Transit times with in the continental United States from our warehouses are estimated at 7-14 business days and does not include the day of shipment. We offer expedited shipping options for most items on our site. If you place an order for something that is not immediately available, you will have the option to change your shipping method or cancel the order.

Items can ship directly from our warehouse or may ship directly from our suppliers/manufacturer to you.

Orders will be shipped with no signature required to deliver the package. If you would like a signature to be required to complete the delivery please specify this on the order documentation or in the notes section during checkout when ordering online. There will be additional shipping costs for this option.

We are not responsible for lost packages.

Some items may not be available for same day processing and shipping. These items include, but are not limited to: Items not stocked and shipping direct for our supplier/manufacturer, any special order or custom items. You will be notified via email if your item is not able to be processed same day.

Delivery and Transit Times:
All deliveries are estimates and are estimated using regular business days. Estimates exclude Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays. We do our best to give you the best estimate of when your order will ship and be delivered. Estimated shipping dates are based on time of day your order was received, order processing time, payment processing, destination address, holiday season, and delivery traffic. We are not responsible for late deliveries by carriers.

Due to the custom-made nature of our grooming products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We take pride in tailoring each product to your specific needs, making it challenging to accept returns or offer refunds for used items.

Quality Assurance:

We are committed to the highest standards of quality. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof (e.g., photos). We will promptly resolve the issue through a replacement or refund.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders for grooming products cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been placed and processed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

In rare cases where there is a genuine mistake on our part, such as shipping the wrong item, we will gladly arrange for a replacement or refund, as long as the item is in the original packaging. Please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate the process.

To ensure satisfaction, we may consider returns for unused and unopened products on a case-by-case basis for first-time customers. Please contact us to discuss your situation if needed.

Clothing/Apparel:

Our policy lasts 30 days. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Reasons for Returns
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
*It is best to contact us before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are to be offered at your expense. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size if you choose to exchange. Due to our print on demand manufacturing, we do not keep inventory on hand. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
